A panel's title or body: static content, or a function of the current selection (and the panel's own ExtraPanelHandle).

A string renders as plain text; return an HTMLElement to render your own markup. May be async: the panel shows a placeholder until it resolves, and a result arriving after the selection moved on is dropped.
