图形 UI 侧栏中的附加面板。

title 和 render 都可以是：

• 字符串或 HTMLElement 静态内容，或
• 当前选择的函数（Node，Edge，用于多选的数组，或未选择任何内容时的null）-在每次选择更改时重新调用，除非ExtraPanel.reactive为false。

通过 UI.extraPanels 预先声明面板，或使用 graph.UIManager.addPanel() （返回一个处理程序）在图表生命周期中的任何点注册它们。
