设置弹出窗口的共享脚手架 - 由模式轨的弹出模式打开的叠加层：ViewFlyout（网格 + 画布行为）和 PhysicsFlyout（布局 + 模拟）。底座拥有面板元素、共享 pvt-flyout-* 镶边（标题、部分标签、开关行）以及与 ModeStore 的绑定 — 面板是 open，而其自己的模式是活动模式，因此弹出窗口可以免费相互排除。

子类声明它所响应的模式，在模板中呈现其控件并将它们连接到电线中。模板的文字是文本：下面的帮助器转义了它们所给出的内容，并且标有 i18nText / i18nAttr 的元素从图表的目录中填充。重写 onGraphReady 的子类必须调用 super.onGraphReady()：这是开关行获取初始状态的地方（graph.simulation 那时才存在）。
