Inclusive [min, max] slider range for both TreeSpacing multipliers.
The ceiling stops at 10 rather than following what the largest trees ask for, because past it the extra room buys nothing readable: the view is fitted, so a tree 20× wider than the canvas draws its nodes at a twentieth of their size. Beyond this a graph is explored by panning, and the slider sitting at its maximum says so.
