What vouches for an element the analyst drew by hand. It is a source like any other, so graph.removeBySource('manual') reaches hand-drawn work and undoing a creation removes the element only when nothing else still vouches for it.
A hand-created node therefore reports ['manual'] from getSources(), not ['seed'].
