Part of what the runs landed, for PivotManagerLike.save: say, the nodes an analyst selected.
Each run that created a named element is asked once, with a payload narrowed to what was named: the named nodes, the pending children under them, the named edges, and each pending edge from a named node whose other end is named too or will not be left unwritten (the origin, a node already saved). Anything else stays pending, and named elements no savable run is still waiting on are ignored.
