UI.busyIndicator: the cue shown while an async hook is in flight.

It sits at the end of the preview edge for onBeforeEdgeCreate, at the drop point for onBeforeNodeCreate, and at the bottom-centre of the canvas otherwise. While it shows, the graph's root carries data-pvt-busy.
