Notas adesivas

As notas são anotações flutuantes renderizadas acima do gráfico – dê a cada uma delas uma posição, uma cor e algum texto. Defina attachedElement e uma linha conectora amarra a nota a um nó, rastreando-a conforme o gráfico se move.

Arraste uma nota para reposicioná-la. A nota azul permanece fixada em Carol — arraste Carol e observe o conector seguir.
